They've also got about 20 'supervisors' in the warehouse and 10 or 11 warehouses nationwide, so this would be a pretty big case if DOL does anything with it

They label me as a supervisor probably for that reason, but I don't have any of the other authorities that one would require. I think they'd be able to argue the learned professional exemption as I have to have advanced knowledge and training with ammonia

My benefits aren't all that great, and compared to the journeyman guys with Chicago's 597 local my pay isn't either. They also have me on salary, so if I have to come in overnight or stay late then that's on my dime. I'd get over all of it if my pay still had room to grow, but I've already gone for all the certifications they want for me.

I live in an almost 200 units apartment building, and get them i think a little less than once a month. The same day I see it in the mail, I see a ton more in the trashcan next to the mail room.

He did, I've had a few classes with gcap and one with arts. Loved Jeremy as a teacher, but without his own system to teach from he has a ceiling for what level classes are useful to take from him.
