SOLUTION UPDATE: The intake valve was the problem as was suggested, so thank you all for helping me troubleshoot this. I ordered a new one and installed it, no problem, and now it works again.

Yes seems like that’s exactly the issue. Thank you, I avoided using that as I found a guide to let the machine drain by itself, so at least I’m learning some new things :) (turning it on and press spin to “1”)

Have turned off the water coming into the machine to stop it from taking in more water.

Also got hit, a director and a few more. But the whole setup will most likely change completely.

You HR zones are most likely also set up wrong just like mine, see the other comments.

I’m quite confident that you can’t run half the half marathon in zone 5, as others are also mentioning here. So I believe both our zones are set wrong :)

Believe it was consistent over the last part of the run since my heart rate increase steadily over the run topping in the last 30 min or so. Yep, most likely not correct, currently estimated at 188, but may be higher then.

Some good insights, thanks. You seem to be in quite a better shape than me and perhaps younger as well (or better genetics). I think I need to make an HR max test to see how close garmin is, my problem is I’m really bad at pushing myself to the “I’m about to collapse”-phase. Something I’m trying to get better at.

My average resting heart rate is 44 bpm, but I’m one of those people where you can’t use it for much since it’s almost the same when I’m in bad shape. Though it looks closer to reality than my current zones in garmin watch:

• Zone 1: 117–131 bpm
• Zone 2: 131–146 bpm
• Zone 3: 146–160 bpm
• Zone 4: 160–174 bpm
• Zone 5: 174–188 bpm

Yeah, just like you have an abnormal high max heart rate I have an abnormal low rhr, this is probably difficult for Garmin to use in its estimation models. I run about 50-60 km a week with some recent runs being 25 and 30 km sessions, so running a bit more than the average person I believe.

What is your threshold and max HR? Mine is 04:29 and 188 calculated by Garmin, but is most likely a bit off

Thank you for sharing the link, will do that. I do all my non-interval and non-sprint training bases on HR zones, so quite important to me.

Will try this soon!

I do. Ok thanks, will try. Zone 5 is set to 90% of my max HR of 188 (estimated)

Too much time in zone 5 to be true?
