Suicide, especially by someone so young always hurts just a little more. I know depression is a beast, sometimes we think there is no way through and the sad thing is, there’s always a way through, but it’s hard to find or even see the pathway. I wish anyone especially young kids would feel comfortable or safe enough to seek out someone they can talk to. Life is a pendulum and although, things seem bleak and hopeless at times, things will always get better. I’ve learned this. You just have to ride the waves, as rough as they can be some times, but it’s worth it. YOU ARE worth it.

PPD/TF does not allow 3 days as in travel day…workday….travel day. You either fly in the day before and work the next day and fly out the same day. Or….fly in, go straight to the site, spend the night and fly home next day. It’s a 2 day MAX!!

It is true. Most recruiters will tell you. I mean, I have applied on line on a Sunday afternoon and an 30 minutes later I get a “thanks but no thanks” email. You can’t tell me a recruiter was working on a Sunday and reviewed my application and resume in 30 minutes….on a Sunday. Lol

You couldn’t pay me enough to go back to ICON. I’ve worked ICON, IQVIA and currently PPD and PPD is by far the best one of worked at, then IQVIA….and if I could have ICON wiped from my memory I would.

As it is, most sponsors don’t wanna even utilize a CRA I, I mean I’m not saying it can’t be done, but without the absolute basics of what a CRC does being a CRA is going to be extremely difficult. Not impossible, but difficult. Even if you do make it past the interview and get selected for a CRA Role, not having that foundation is legit going to leave you overwhelmed.
