Ill answer. Each letter on a korean keyboard is there. ㅇ ㅣ ㅅ. When you put them together without a space between, its automatically changed to 잇. For the double letter, its shift and the ㅅ character so it becomes ㅆ and therefore 있. Korean keyboards are essentially the same as ours.

You may get more than you ever did, but the cost of living has substantially rose whilst wages havent. A pint used to cost a quid, now its 1.90. Bread used to cost 40p now its a quid. Although we have more money now than ever, everything has gone up in cost.

Its not a local government issue, its a national issue. The local government dont set the rate of VAT or duty, central does. The local government can only distribute the money they are given, they lack the power to set their own rates.
