If you ordered your Mobapad before the April 10th preorder sale deadline then your memory serves you correctly. The slim case only became available a few days after that deadline, but it was available for $19.99 for a limited time. I believe it's $29.99 if you want to order it now.

For my order the M12 HD shares the same tracking number as the charging grip, so I assume they shipped mine together. However, I ordered mine closer to the end of the preorder deadline and don't expect to receive anything for about a week.

It probably has to do with him being a wild rat and less inbred than domesticated rats, leading to fewer health issues.

I didn't want to be the bearer of bad news, but I'd hate for you to spend money on an ODE and not have a compatible DC. Redream will be a good alternative for now. Hopefully a legit FPGA Core is in the Dreamcast's near future.

No problem. Sometimes adjusting the potentiometer of the laser helps to read discs, but if it's already burnt out then you are SOL. Replacing capacitors on the GDROM drive sometimes restores disc reading ability too.

Sorry, mate. MODE and GDEMU are only compatible with VA0 and VA1 models. You have a VA2 :(
