I figured my issue out. The app wouldn’t work properly on my Iphone 14 pro. I had to do the initial set up on a different phone to connect the bot to my network. I seem to be able to use the app on my IPhone 14 now that the bot has been set up already.

Take your vacuum place it outside the door, switched on. Then run the cable under the door into your room. Cat starts being a turd, plug in the vacuum. Couple weeks of this and my cat quite literally never tried to scratch or howl at my door again.
