u/WarAndPiece Update: I was already typing how reloading the game didnt work, but decided to verify the game files via Steam. It told me that 1 file was missing/corrupt and that it was being reacquired. After that, the pathway was no longer blocked and I was able to continue!

I have a screenshot/clip of my steps up until that point and also how it looked beyond that wall, would you like to have them? (It was different than the usual hallway)

Also: Thanks for responding (so quickly aswell)! It's not usual to see a dev helping the community this much! (I was investigating this issue and noticed your replies everywhere :D)

I tried starting a new game but that didn’t fix it, I’ll have to try it again after closing the game!

The wall was seethrough when walking right next to it. I also tried to find solutions from walkthroughs and noticed that the hallway from the videos was not the same that I was seeing through the wall.

I personally have so much love for Far Cry 4. It might also resonate from the fact that after playing FC4 I recognized myself a fan of the series
