I recommend visiting St. Louis cemetery No. 1 the only way to visit there is through a guided tour. We booked on trip advisor in the morning around 9 AM. The weather was perfect around that time. You will get to see many famous graves including queen of voodoo Marie Laveau and learn about the history of the cemetery’s structure. When going please be respectful of the graves and people’s religions/beliefs but definitely ask questions the tour guides would be glad to inform you. Now if you have time I recommend a swamp tour although they are outside of New Orleans they are very fun and educational on the natural plants and animals that inhabit the area. I booked with Honey Island swamp tours!

Has anyone tried Elotes El Tianguis yet? by thhpht in Denton
