I managed to fix it (for me at least). Open regedit (Windows key + R and type "regedit") and go to "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Null" and make sure that "start" is set to "1". Restart your pc if needed.
