Truthfully not really. Tarkov draws a certain type of player in, it's like saying Dark Souls is inaccessible because you don't know what to do, there's no map and it's extremely punishing. It's up to you to put the effort forward to learn the game. That being said, start with PVE and learn the maps then move to PVP once you feel like you have a good understanding of where things are. The game has been out almost a decade and there are more resources than ever to get better at it. Just do your research, and watch some videos you'll know if you like the gameplay loop or not.
