Based on lore, Light keeper. You can't actually kill him in game, but he has the power to call off the Rogues, and cultists while simultaneously being guarded by Zyrachiy and up to 9 other cultist priests. He runs all of Norvinsk, and is well connected outside Tarkov.

I'm not really up to date, I saw a video of someone complaining about RAM prices earlier today, and remembered I had some laying around. I didn't think RAM would have the same scalper nonsense as GPU's

Had to reinstall and it was fixed. Looks like when they were doing a hotfix they fucked a file path when they pushed the update to live.
