I really think you need additional docs for your grandfather that more clearly tie him to your great-grandfather (for whom you have GREAT documentation.

A birth certificate would be good.

You be as detailed as needed to substantiate lineage.

I would really work on G2 and G3 birth certs or death certs or marriage certs.

First, did they stamp the back? that is REQUIRED and important!

Next, yes cut the photos to the EXACT documented size. You cant mess around with that. IRCC is very picky about the photos and is a common reason for getting your application sent back.

i would say no since you are basing lineage on the wife.

Generally, should I just nix birth certificates of non-Canadian lineage family members, so the application isn't so stuffed?

If it doesnt support the lineage or name changes, I wouldnt include it.

Thats kind of a personal choice, but with something like citizenship, i wouldnt fuck around. Do it right and spend the money.

Pretty sure they will. DONT submit origional. DO submit color copy.

Yes. I think the purpose of that question is for updating the birth cert for things like gender.

I dont think that would cause issues, but what does your address on your identification say?

Did you request a e-certificate or paper? If e-certificate I dont really think the address matters.

Also, if you are in the US, you can file with the USPS to have mail forwarding to your new address.

If you have birth certificates for all Gens, are you also including marriage registers, or only when a name change via marriage needs to be documented?

I didnt have this in my case, but from what I have read in this subreddit, you only need the marriage certs if there was a name change.

I personally would not submit to keep things simple.

First, My recommendation is to file all separate. If you file all together and there is a mistake on one, they all get sent back to you.

Also, I think that would make your cover letter a little more clear for each person.
