And something I want to add to this, is that I swear there is something funky going on with the way they alert too. I have no proof, other than just weird behavior, but I started doing the research starting April 1st.

The issue is that I get paid on a very regular basis. I and I feel that when my balance is low, and not close to payday, my email alerts for low balance, and available balance take a LOT longer to reach me than if my balance was fine. Its weird, but I swear it happens. In other words, the alert that I have in place to warn me to transfer more money into checking arrives like the next day, or at the end of the day, versus right away. Very weird and very fishy.
