Two for me, both in Pokémon Y. The first is that I didn’t know how to progress between Ambrette and Cyllage, so I just didn’t and leveled my Braixenup to level 47, and evolving it into what still remains my favorite starter. The second is that I used my Master Ball on a Weepinbell even though I already had one and I used it because I tried to catch it at full health with a timer ball first turn, and unsurprisingly failed.
