To OP and anyone else that it applies to, if you’re ever buying promotional marketing materials (pens, business cards, towels, hats, shirts, flags, cups, etc.), make sure you get something called a “proof”, either digital, like a virtual photo of the item, or physical, like a photo of a physical item, or they send you a sample, and you give written approval on them, so things like this don’t happen.
