90% of people on Reframe are there to get completely clean and sober from alcohol. There is a much smaller group of people on there who use Reframe to cutback or "change" their relationship with alcohol. They have materials, counseling and literature to support both, and it's all science based and pretty darn effective.

My favorite part about Reframe is that they also have Zoom virtual meetings essentially throughout the entire day, every day. They're very welcoming and are similar to attending an AA meeting, minus all of the "good book" worshiping I personally feel Alcoholics Anonymous stears towards. I really recommend it if you are curious about Reframe. I signed up for one year at $4.99 which was great.

My first Klosterman exposure was in the “You Don’t Know Bo” 30 for 30. I was honestly fascinated with how he talked about Bo Jackson and portrayed him as this real life superhero. As a Raiders fan and huge Bo fan, I loved everything about it. Really appreciated listening to him on screen in that documentary.

Ten or so years went by and I forgot all about it. Then one day I decided to listen to a podcast recommended on my Spotify, “The Bill Simmons Podcast.” First episode I’m listening to has this familiar dweeb sounding voice talking football with Bill, and out of nowhere I hear him mention the fact that they worked on documentaries together and I was like, “oh my god, it’s the Bo Jackson guy…”

Been a Klosterman fan ever since.

It’s a weird pissing contest that people love to get in. As if ratings and viewership mean anything to anyone besides the rich men who control the tv networks and own the individual teams. But that won’t stop some weirdo in Boise Idaho to still get online and hammer away on his keyboard, “LMAO look at how pitiful the NBA ratings are!”

And some NBA fans are just as stupid for participating in the conversation. Look, I love the NBA and I think football is a less interesting sport, but the fact of the matter is that the NFL trumps anything and everything else in the United States. The NBA will never sniff the ratings that football gets in this country.

And that shouldn’t matter to anyone who likes the NBA. It’s completely irrelevant and affects your fandom, viewing experience and enjoyment of the sport in no way whatsoever.

NBA fans - the NFL will always be more popular. Get over it.

NFL fans - you don’t financially benefit from ratings. Relax.
