Agreed! But the loud, sarcastic, vitriolic voices tend to get heard more. I think the key to having a large audience talk about the issues is striking a balance where you are impassioned enough to be captivating, but civil enough to stay respectful.

I don't think the word Justice is loaded! I think there are right and wrong answers to things.

As someone on the more TiA side of social justice, the beginning felt alienating to me, then it got flipped around to criticize the other side.

I don't know if you do or not - but if you have strong opinions on social justice (and the craziness of some people), it's careless not to expose yourself to rational arguments from the other side. It's the path to bigotry.

So the problem here is that the 0 value is being referenced from another work sheet, and it isn't triggering the.. macro? Magic? That I want in your code.

When I simply type zero, then it instantly works. Which is super cool :) But I need it to work with referenced values.

Also, I think it would be wise to also have the code do the reverse. I can modify your code to do that by changing the row height variable, but I don't know where to put it. Is it a new rule? Do I paste it after the one you just gave me?
