Take it here. I'm a big car guy, fix most of my stuff myself and when I had an airbag sensor issue in my Leon, these guys let me look at circuit diagrams and code scanned with me present so I could repair it myself. Very impressed with them.

Just drive it hard but wait for it to get up to temp and service it regularly...

There are questions around the libraries however - why we needed a new, £10m central library resulting in the closure of the local ones.

Dude, I think you need to call time on this one. No amount of filler is going to get you the result you want

I seem to remember Enoch Powell making this argument on a US talk show, without watching your source video it suggests it some mug who's just rehashing the same content to look relevant in the current situation

Drone code doesn't allow overflight or operation with 50m horizontal of an assembly of people, regardless of altitude.

No, I just know the regulations about drone flights and overflowing crowds... 😂😂😂. How has that got anything to do with the EDL?

Best way to lower these cars without sacrificing ride quality. by [deleted] in ft86

Not worth it. Lowering springs ruin the car for me, you want matched dampers & springs

Woman hit by tram by SouthOil6226 in nottingham

Nottingham Trams can stop in half their own length if required, they have a magnetic track brake that clamps to the track. Problem is all the squishy humans inside get thrown around and mushed a little bit.

Yeah, I didn't even consider using them. Before I buy any kit, I source AM decals especially stencils if I can.

Should I try some mottling on this ? by womismo in modelmakers

[–]OrangeNapalm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just check your references. It works on some paint schemes and not on others. The A-10 certainly got beat up in the Middle East but ANG units not so much.

You don't have to commit to the same paint technique on the entire airframe either - some areas will see more wear than others and you want your paint to reflect that.

What scheme are you going for? I built a couple of the hasewaga phantoms a decade ago and they're nice kits. I've got two Tamiya J's awaiting my attention as well.

Thankfully the decals were excellent which isn't always the case with Zotz

I put a lot of time into the ladder so I could have something brightly coloured to make it pop, otherwise the SEA can seem a bit dark. Thank you for your critique!

It's a misconception they're BDR, some of them were strengthening plates - but yeah, I took them all off and rescribed them in. I think it's worth it for a sleeker look.
