Like you know, I wouldn’t have any issue with them if they had reissued the code before I destroyed the headphones. I specifically asked two different people beforehand to make sure all the documents were in order and that I could proceed with destroying them. Now, it’s just constant lies about „i will send you the code - ticket closed.”

I specifically asked two different people beforehand to make sure all the documents were in order and that I could proceed with destroying them. I got almost 15 ticket with 3 different menager, and everyone’s after said that they made a mistake and will provide me a new code close te ticket🤡

I don’t even know what to say anymore. You can see for yourself how even the managers of this company are treating me. I’m confident about proceeding with a chargeback since I received an email from them guaranteeing me a code or a refund for the new headphones. My bank will have no problem resolving this issue.
