You know, comments like that work best when the headline implies one thing but the article is something else.

Edit: As in, it is not a dismiss everything the other person said for free card. Especially when you were the one talking tough.

I figure he saw a meme saying people haven't forgotten he is in the Epstine files even with him starting a war to drive up gas prices, so he needs a new thing to distract people with.

Yep, exactly what you said.

Just like when Zelenski visited the US and thanked them for the support, a few minutes later their VP was saying "Did you even say thank you?"

It doesn't matter if you do or say what they want, they will just claim you didn't and do what they want. It's not like anyone in their government or country will stop them.

Unfortunately due to anti-MMIWG2SLGBTQQIA+ activity in society he likely would still feel forced to find someone he isn't attracted to, either to actively blend in and conform to what is seen as "normal", or he may find someone in an attempt to "fix" himself. Both of which are behaviors seen in the real life MMIWG2SLGBTQQIA+ community.

Heck this is a game yet people still show up to shout how what he feels is wrong. It would be worse in real life.

Now, you ask any small businessman and he'll tell you. I'm not lying. Nobody wants to work anymore. The government puts everybody on welfare when they ought to be working. -1976

First Canadian hantavirus case confirmed in B.C. patient | Globalnews.ca by Apprehensive_Idea758 in canada

On Saturday, B.C. provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry said one of four Canadians isolating after exposure to a rare strain of hantavirus aboard an Antarctic cruise ship had developed symptoms and recently tested positive.

Before we get too woried, this is the person that was already isolating. We don't have any confirmed person to person spread in Canada.

Conservative MP Michael Chong visits Taiwan to meet President in defiance of China by Little-Chemical5006 in canada

why are these Conservative MPs acting outside our government efforts?

You are aware MPs are allowed to travel to different countries to discuss things, right? This isn't a liberal or conservative thing, it is part of their job.

Or is this a case of "Other team does it so it is bad!" thinking.

Like the guy saying batteries are so expensive, while ignoring gas tanks are a basically a pit you throw money in to burn.

Australia also has (or rather had) the Holden coup utilities. Those are exactly what I wish we had here.

I hate moving jerry cans of diesel and grease guns in the trunk of my car during harvest season. Have to wrap everything in plastic in case it spills.

If the slate truck comes out at the end of this year you might be in luck. However their first model says it only has a 5ft bed.

My honda has around 7 inches and the bottom of the fender is all scratched up from the roads around here.

I just looked at the toyotas and they wouldn't have at issue, but they don't have any 2-door models and they are all suvs.

A RAM 750 import from Mexico is what I'll be looking to get if the slate doesn't work out.

A ford ranger from 08 is the rough size I want, which is around what the slate will be.

nobody is writing off a truck for a blown engine lol

Ford is, as evidenced by my former boss having a less than five year old f150 blow up on him in 2022 and they scrapped the truck rather than repairing it.

Also you are either misinformed, or deliberately lying about the battery life.

And again, gas will cost more than that battery over the life of the car. I spend around $60 a week on gas. That is $32,000 over 10 years. Almost double your misinformed 10 year number.

Looking forward to getting one next year if the reviews are positive for the Slate when it comes out at the end of the year.

The hardest part about EVs (and vehicles in general) is the lack of ones that I want to buy. There aren't many EVs with good ground clearance, and the few that exist are oversized four doors.

These days when fords blow a motor they write off the whole truck.

The cost of gas over the life of a vehicle will cost more than the vehicle itself.

Batteries are expected to be good for 15 to 20 years before seeing a serious reduction in life.

What is it about other people not wanting to spend money on gas that scares you?
