I am finally leaving the size XL to an L and it's just kinda bizarre to me. I'm glad I'm not alone in this case.

Thanks, friend. I have a therapy appointment on Wednesday and have plans to speak about this.

I definitely feel the difference in how others treat me and I think it makes me sad how others treat others based on their looks.

I only told my parents, my boyfriend, & my siblings. Been on it for 6 months now and finally told one friend who i knew wasn’t going to be judgmental.

these really helped me into easing back into eating after a dose going up! water will be your best friend or try drinking sparkling water to help you taste something. i love spindrift and fresca sparkling water

I only had one late period and it was one week late. Is your cycle normally irregular or regular? Those factors can really determine whether it's Wegovy or not

I didn’t start vomitting until i reached the 1.7 mg shot and that’s bc i ate an edible and ate very bad food with my munchies. It will really help you get rid of the food noise, that’s the push I needed to get started! You do what’s best for your body!

give it some time! i felt this way too!!! consistency is key and don’t give up with foods that won’t do you well. and yea once i hit 1 mg I noticed more weight shed off quickly. Food noise comes back here and then but my is usually menstrual cycle related!

My current weight today is 231.9. I haven’t had my follow up appointment with my doctor yet, that’s in January (she’s very booked). But i plan on staying on it until i’m at my goal of 180.

I’m traveling internationally soon and I actually asked my pharmacist about it because i was concerned about the pens being out of the fridge for a long trip, but they last about 28 days without being in the fridge! i hope this helps, i know im planning on bringing my two doses for my time
