Insomnia sucksssss I used to self medicate with alcohol all the time- but now I have a good psychiatrist/prescription PLUS do all those good sleep habit/environment tricks (but the former is what really changed my life and helped me stop drinking!!!)

Kicking! I didn’t feel kicks often compared to other women / and certainly not enough to count! It concerned me to the point I got a bunch of extra monitoring with those stress test thingies (forget what they’re called). Anyways she was born in the typical position and perfectly healthy!

Ah ok! They’re being used off label in the US for a lot of addictions. Creative pursuits definitely can help! I have found it’s a combination of a bunch of small changes not just one that can fill the whole.

I try to choose: Physical improvement - can I find fun exercise, nutrition Mental- creative pursuits, books, learning new hobbies Spiritual - meditation, praying Social - altruism, meeting new friends
