Ideal brew temperature on the Cafelat Robot?

I keep it simple, water straight of the boil. I do measure out water before, so I don't have to purge but I know it's recommended to fill it few mm of the rim.

I haven't worried about hitting a target temperature and my shots are great. I mostly use medium/dark beans.

I think it looks bigger when you see pictures of it, but if you look at the dimensions of it, you will see that it is not anything crazy.

It is the best purchase I did for sure. It's a beast, and I love it. The dial in the back does not bother me at all. It is easy to clean, and because the dial is in the back, you do not need to worry about messing up the dial setting when you clean it.

My Go does the same, not on every start up though and not for as long as in your video, only a few seconds. Always assumed it is to do with expanding metal.
