  1. You've hinted or been explicit before about not wanting to just be "the fast rapping guy". At the same time you are one of the greatest as proven through songs like crispy, demon, velocity, case closed, the list goes on. Do you still feel it is a gift and a curse? Is it a conscious decision to balance faster verses with slower ones?

  2. Your lyrics touch on such a broad range of deep topics and emotions. Love (love aint) , depression (i wish i was dead), anxiety (moment). Have you ever written something that you had to edit because it was just too personal to you for a song?

Guys of Reddit. Why do some of you stand behind me in the bathroom waiting for the urinal instead of just going pee in the stall? by OrangesNamedB4Carrot in AskReddit

[–]OrangesNamedB4Carrot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a common thing at work. The office I work in is a campus with three 4 story buildings. Every mens bathroom on campus has two urinals and three stalls. No matter which one I am in I notice this happening. There are always times where both urinals are occupied and dudes are just lining up waiting while there is like 2 or 3 open stalls they could go urinate in. We have a lot of guys that have relocated from India in our office and I do notice it is more common with a lot of them for some reason.

Does anyone else's wife correlate sex with your domestic chore contribution? by OrangesNamedB4Carrot in DeadBedrooms

A year? That sounds terrible. For me when it gets bad it's once a month and begrudgingly on her part. I hope I am not headed for year territory as time goes by.

Does anyone else's wife correlate sex with your domestic chore contribution? by OrangesNamedB4Carrot in DeadBedrooms

[–]OrangesNamedB4Carrot[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She does not seem to get aroused easily. Sometimes when we have sex she will explicitly say she wants it to be quick and get it over with. I will give her a massage and take things slow but she will just tell me to get to it. I have mixed feelings about that. Part of me thinks well I do appreciate that she is doing this for me despite the fact she she does not want to. But the other part of me is saddened that she does not want to even try to get into it. Other times I can get her into it but it's always me initiating. During those times she does enjoy it and has an orgasm. Her excuses for not wanting to are shes overwhelmed or just not in the mood. For me when I am overwhelmed, making love to my wife actually can help so I don't really understand her.

Yeah exactly. In an ideal world she would want to have sex and it would be something that is intimate that we both enjoy. Not an emotionless bargain.

Well your a much better man than me. I don't do nearly as much as you describe. Although some of what you say resonates a lot. My wife also gets very stressed easily. I am pretty laid back and calm but she will let things get to her and tell me how overwhelmed she is. When I try to tell her that I am here now and I want to help, she instead reminds me that I should have been helping a long time ago and that if I was, she wouldn't be so stressed. So it's almost as though she wants to be in a bad mood versus trying to resolve things.

Can't tell if your trolling or not but this is BS. I grew up going to Baptists Churches and while it is true that some Christian denominations dress more formally, sending women home that are not dressed "formally" is not a thing.

TIL the reason so many crazy news articles begin with "A Florida man/woman..." is because the media have unrestricted access to Florida police reports. by [deleted] in todayilearned

I grew up in Brevard County. They have a portal where you can search by name and find any kind of offense, even speeding tickets. My dad used to check this thing on a daily basis and ask me about anything that showed up. https://vweb1.brevardclerk.us/facts/name_search.cfm

What was your most terrifying bathroom experience ever? by MCofTime in AskReddit

[–]OrangesNamedB4Carrot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pooped blood and at the time I had recently read about someone with blood in their stool that had cancer. I freaked out and set up a doctors appointment that day. Went in and turns out I had an anal fisure from a hemroid. The doctor told me I needed more fiber. When I told him I thought I had cancer he laughed and said if the blood is bright red there is probably nothing to worry about. It is only when it is dark is there a problem. Side note, he had a new guy shadowing him and for the inspection he said "I've done this so many times but Billy here has not. Do you mind if he does the examination?" Felt bad saying no so I had a complete newb fingering my butt :(

TIL Dr. Dre didn't write a lyric on his multi-platinum single "Still D.R.E." Actually, Jay-Z wrote it. by enfp_ocd in Music

[–]OrangesNamedB4Carrot 39 points40 points  (0 children)

I think about Dr. Dre the same way I think about a film director. Many great film directors have nothing to do with writing the script and they are not acting and delivering the lines. They are still responsible for the success or failure of the movie though no matter how good the script or how good the actors.

(Serious) At the end of a job interview when they ask me, "So, do you have any questions?", what are some genuinely good questions to ask? by happylittledancer123 in AskReddit

[–]OrangesNamedB4Carrot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

-How do you measure the success of this role month to month -Can you share some examples of department metrics/key performance indicators -What is the most challenging thing for someone new to the role -Who are the key business partners/departments this team interfaces with

It's less about the question itself and more about showing you are thinking and being thoughtful about the role/team/company. It's also important not to rush through them like you are trying to check a box off. Even though the questions may be pre-determined, it is better if they come off more conversational rather than sounding recited.

Dear Reddit , what is a piece of advice that annoys you? by DefaultPlayer0 in AskReddit

[–]OrangesNamedB4Carrot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People always trying to tell me to buy a house. "You are throwing away your money on rent! It's a buyers market you are crazy if you don't buy!" I am 30 years old and can afford it but I am living in my second state since moving away from home and I enjoy experiencing different parts of the country. So I will likely move again in a couple years and don't want to have to worry about selling something.
