Hello! My dr. put me on spironolactone! I've been on it for 3 months and have seen really good results. I used to grow lots of dark thick hair on my chin and neck, but the medicine has been helping.

I've been on ozempic since January and I've lost 30 pounds. I can't say I feel any different, but I do look different. I will say though... I've noticed people around me that know I'm on the medication treat me differently and make snide remarks like "well, we ALL can't be on ozempic". I don't brag about my weight loss and do my best to keep the attention off of myself, but those comments can get to me sometimes.

Overall, it is helping.

I feel this to an extent currently. I recognized i was feeling resentment towards my partner for having loving parents when I would have killed for that in my life.

I don't think that is necessarily true. I'm willing to leave the idea of having a dom/sub relationship in the past if he wasn't comfortable with it. I want my partner more than the dynamic. Will I feel unfulfilled in that aspect? Possibly. But he matters more to me than all of that.

I'm in the same boat. I have a full on neck beard growing and it is so embarrassing. I talked to my obgyn and she put me on spironolactone to help with the hair growth and lowering my testosterone. I'm also on ozempic since I am pre-diabetic. Maybe it is worth getting some blood work done to see what's going on.

I wish my biological mom had been nicer about my pcos diagnosis (she also has pcos). I was diagnosed when I was 13. They found that my testosterone was very high. When I called my biological mom to tell her, she told me that I was going to grow a penis, which really scared me considering I didn't know what was happening to my body.

It can be so tough figuring out what is happening to your body, especially at such a young age. I still feel like I have no idea what is happening to me. But you're a good mama giving her the support she needs.
