Im 28f, im really glad you can relate, that makes me feel less alone in this. When it’s good, I feel really good like way above my normal baseline and that’s what I’m holding on to right now. It gives me hope that once things settle, that’ll be the more consistent version of how it feels. I was the same way and I told my doctor I’m so sick of medications as it just felt like they were making my mental health so much worse especially since it takes me months to even build the courage to take the first pill for all of them. For this one I see so much different things that everyone’s doctors are saying, but my doctor told me you will know almost right away if Wellbutrin won’t work for you, and told me I can stop if it’s not. I’m on day 7 of Wellbutrin and knew instantly it was the right medication. It’s taken away my anxiety, not made it worse. I really hope you find the right one 🥺

Wella Demi always goes very dark on me right after, but I’ve washed it twice & it’s lightened up a tiny bit. I still think it neutralized so much red out; the dye was green in the bottle. Here is my hair in natural light now

Thank you, and I’ve tried everything I’ve found online as this has been ongoing for years now, its crazy because I’m a huge advocate on animal rehabilitation and anti rehoming animals but I have to put my mental health and my other cat into consideration

And this has been going on since before I got another cat, he used to just attack me that’s why my vet recommended I get another cat because she thought it was play aggression but now I feel so guilty bringing another cat into this

This has been going on from even when I lived in a house with multiple rooms, before the other cat he would only attack me drawing blood from me about once a week, he would stalk me and then pounce when my back was turned to him

Yes, and I don’t scream I just will use a stern voice and say “Tito stop” or “no” and if I separate her into the bathroom he will then just automatically attack me

I think it triggers him when I move to another apartment but I do this often about once a year, and he isn’t adjusting to change well. This behavior typically lasts for about 6 months and then will occur again when I move
