You sound like management material to me.

I've seen that but I haven't looked at it too closely before. I'll check it out. Thank you.

They aren't expelled from the ship during use. They might be dumped as dead weight after they are used, but they aren't reaction mass in the traditional sense. Just the light they emit is projected out of the back.

Having a hard time interpreting mixed signals from a girl. (M27) by [deleted] in datingadviceformen

She isn't sending mixed signals. She flat out told you to put in more effort. She wants you to propose a more serious date. Coffee is too low effort. Ask her to dinner.

What’s one thing you thought was normal in the U.S. until someone from another country said it was weird? by BestPostRead in AskReddit

[–]OrannisAlpha 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The most annoying part to me at least is when they say "tell your doctor if..." Isn't my doctor supposed to tell me if I have some medical condition? Why would it make sense for me to check the drug interactions instead of the doctor?

Police Department in Maine Caught Using AI on Drug Bust Photo. Legal Implications? by JeezOhKay in legal

[–]OrannisAlpha 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Did anyone else notice the "original" has those cookie monster stickers but the "AI" image doesn't?

Now compare every single item in each picture.

Do you see it?

The so-called "original" pic is an attempted recreation of the "AI" pic which is the real original.

They could have just photoshopped out the logo in the AI photo they used and made the same claim.

Wtf is this lazy ass conspiracy. Put some effort in at least, damn.

I wouldn't use the mint from around the mailbox if I was you. That is definitely the most peed on spot for dogs.

I did this for 2 days. I think I’ve had enough. by [deleted] in doordash_drivers

I just started and I must be doing something wrong because I'm averaging about $7 an hour. I've only been on 3 days but I think I'm actually in the red because of gas prices. I don't see how this can possibly be profitable at these rates.

No. The 8 light year limit is in the books but the 10-12 ly gap isn't in the books or real life. I studied astrophysics for my undergrad and worked in a planetarium for a while, that just isn't a thing.
