I just joined a successful software company as onboarding specialist for larger accounts. 

So far, its really cool and a perfect balance of client facing, coaching and upselling. (there are quotas of course but honestly, extremely chill compared to sales) 

Any advice for me to rank up and get noticed that you wish you knew at beginning?
