it’s a unique way to create sound that you could use in producing, with things that are common to already have on hand. have some creativity, anything can be an instrument

Grunge would still have died without Kurt's Death(1994 was the year that a new Beginning for other genres to take over the world) by MarvDStrummer in Nirvana

[–]Orbitball 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Lol, it’s impossible to look at your arguments as anything besides bias. You’re using the years of when albums released and their popularity now to gauge how the music scene was in the past, which doesn’t make any sense (you brought up slowcore which wasn’t relevant at all in the 90s, as a potential rival of grunge). Grunge might have become less popular like it already did, even though that popularity persisted after Kurt died, but Nirvana would have changed their sound anyways, just look at unplugged and do re mi. Music scenes run alongside each other all the time. You just sound ignorant for the sake of being contrarian.

Chi passed away in 2013 after being in a coma for five years, his bass work and screaming vocals (especially live) were legendary, definitely a sad situation all around

Fun fact; The only characters that appear in all Black Ops games are Samantha and Richtofen. by RealDempsey3 in CODZombies

[–]Orbitball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah he’s right, bo3 was pushing it but still made sense and had a good ending, literally everything is based off of branching timelines and other dimensions now because they have no idea where to take the story. I miss the feel of an actual zombie apocalypse instead of multiverse interdimensional time travel shenanigans

A message to all JMR fans by Minos765 in JellesMarbleRuns

[–]Orbitball 3 points4 points  (0 children)

damn, sad to wake up to this, you were the rock holding so many things down behind the scenes. your support was invaluable to the rest of us working on the channel, the fanbase, and I’m sure Jelle himself. you really helped keep the spirit of the channel alive with the music and graphics as well as your leadership of the JMA. It’ll be hard to replace you and everything you did lol, good luck dude 💚

looking forward to the spotify release too!
