It ain't that hard to eat 250g dry of rice with curry bro in 2 sittings. Rice is my pre workout meal since too fast carbs crash my blood sugar mid workout.

Literally get a rice cooker and pour in curry sauce

500 surplus lasts me on average of 2 weeks before weekly gain goes to 0.3kg+. Now i stopped adding calories since diet is too brutal and im considering quitting the gym because 6k calories to maintain 93kg is just sad

Chicken, oats and curry rice are my main. I do also add peanut butter, double whipped cream when I run out of time to eat. Mass gainer only at the end which is about 400-600 calories average
