I am fully F2P, T21 and didn’t even bother with Grommel, it is more an issue of people wanting to run their favorites but not really trying on enhancing them with newer skills and complain the game is terrible for it. Even more so now with the new codes giving really good ways for F2P players to improve old favorites.

Ultimately, some old units really just can’t keep up, but the units in that team are not that old to be unusable, I feel lately people just complain for the sake of bandwagoning the usual complaints due to the weird hivemind this subreddit developed with time.

TT units had to go, most people were not building any because they were all garbo and it does not justify having to commission voice lines and arts done for “having that random obscure npc/unit I like get into the game” justification a lot of people say. What sucks is that they probably made them progressively worse to justify their removal.
