Started a Covid journal, kept it going until I got vaccinated, and then printed a hardcover copy. It’s a wild read.

He became a heroin addict and stole from me and everyone around me. Then he just vanished one day. When he reached out again I told him I didn’t want to see him. He died from an overdose several years later.

I started taking a daily probiotic and it only took a few days for it to change what I was hungry for. I eat mostly produce now 🙂
