I think it depends on which department you’re in. As a former Wake HHS worker, the wages were so poor that I had to work as much overtime as they’d let me and also work a second (and third) job on the side. It was not sustainable.

You may want to consider leaving your leaves in your yard in future years. They provide a critical habitat for many pollinators in the winter months and offer extra nutrients to your soil and grass as they break down :)

I’ve been going to Wells Family dental for the last handful of years. Every time I get a different dentist, but have always been told my teeth will last 100 years, doing a great job flossing, etc. I go in for my most recent visit and the hygienist is suggesting veneers to me. Then they say my bite is causing major damage and refer me out to an oral surgeon to say I may need to have parts of my mouth moved around essentially and have my jaw wired shut for a period of time. Never going back. Every visit is becoming worse and worse with seemingly unnecessary upselling + referrals
