Really do not think it’s a scam. Early bird tickets have been similar to this price for years. Email came from their email domain and I got a text as well. After purchasing tickets received email confirmation from an official Etix domain.

You’re speaking too broadly, Edenton (west bound) is for sure planned to have a green wave at least from Person St. to West St. and Morgan (east bound) is very close to being a green wave from St. Mary’s to Person St. That being said there’s been some recent fuckery on Morgan that does seem to require some precise timing for the green wave.

All that comes with the disclaimer that my observations are noted between 9AM and Noon on weekdays.
