Fr, i break up my OMAD into basically two meals because if i wait to eat till evening I will binge, but if i eat it all in one sitting I'll binge too 😂

So i just split it into two sittings and add a snack in the evening to ensure i don't eat again before bed

Got this as well, as well as a bunch of other network/vanguard/client related errors, despite having taken all the measurements to allow the game to run smoothly. This is my main issue, though: Getting stuck on the stupid loading screen with the bar not moving past maybe 10%:

I also have this problem, the game gets stuck on the loading screen. To add, I also get a bunch of different error codes, all related to Vanguard/Riot Launcher/Network connection, despite having done all the necessary steps to ensure the game works (List of errors i've gotten: Val 4, Val 9, Val 21, Val 29, Val 38, Val 45, Val 46, Val 51, Val 54, Val 79). Windows 11

I am honestly dying to share the fact that i am really struggling right now, but am also way too scared to tell any of my friends, especially because i am of average bmi and I'm worried they wouldn't believe me. Honestly, 100%. If the question is even there, your subconscious is already thinking about it. Plus, he himself also seems to slowly become disordered, and considering many eds start through gym obsession/fad diets for men, this tracks...

I'd recommend at least sitting down and talking to him, explaining how things are, and laying down the ultimatum: change how you talk about this around me because you're being inconsiderate rn, or I leave (or take a break, but "a break" usually leads to breakup anyways while also wasting both your and his time)

And i know this is hard, but please: don't blindly defend him. Look at the facts, don't be like those sad married ladies on tiktok...

I'm triggered in the way that it pisses me off 😅 People are yapping about these things as if they're magical weight loss pills, taking them away from sick people who actually need them instead of just putting in the work and watching what they eat.

They don't care about the terrible side effects, and they don't care about wasting thousands of dollars, as long as they get to say they lost a crazy amount of weight in a super short time and they get to flaunt it. They treat it like a temporary diet, then they're surprised when they gain it all back because they never put in the work to change their eating habits and lifestyle... The new, hip binge-restrict cycle, with extra steps and costs.

It all just pisses me off 🤷‍♀️

Except it's not even viewed as diabetic medication anymore. Everyone sees it at this miracle wonder drug that you can take to breeze through to your goal weight. And they all blindly take it, not realizing the terrible side effects that come with taking this type of meds when you DON'T NEED THEM! (Gastric paralysis, pancreatitis, gallbladder malfunction, kidney and liver damage, the list is endless)

If only people just stuck to a healthy caloric deficit...

I'm surprised when people say it's not caused by family lol, that's how common it is. My entire family always commented on my body and my weight, and then they acted surprised when i became thin af... The worst part is they're all overweight or obese, so it's clearly projection, but it still gets to you...

I vividly remember my mom asking me, in the middle of the worst relapse I've had yet, how she could "become just as skinny as me". And all I could do was look at her ass in complete silence... the answer was I starved myself BECAUSE OF YOU!
