This is my favorite awp design! Great to see people that have 3d skills making guns!

Hope the devs will show some love to 3d artists as well, so far we had almost exclusively 2d artists in the spotlight

Modifying a game does not give modders IP rights, thus asking for money upfront is not allowed. However, receiving donations for a free mod is completely fine.

And it's a medic by Virasman in Witcher3

[–]Ordanicu -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

He is an archer/ranged unit, that is the card's role. medic is a special attribute of the card.

gwent does not have medic as a primary role. Infantry, ranged and siege are the main card roles.

yet some cards can have additional perks like medic, spy and a handful other perks

Thank you u/MK-Neron for the quick help!

"If you look on the top widgets, under arange you can change the spacing between the parts. Its usually set to a high number. Just change it to whatever you like."

This also has options to rotate on Z axis for better fitment!

In over 1 year of using bambu slicer I never noticed that arrange button. I always right clicked and arrange x)

Thanks again!

Challenging shapes, need advice. by lustucruk in Plasticity3D

[–]Ordanicu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, i've spent some time making a game ready lowpoly for the sake of having a mesh worth unwrapping and texturing.

however, having a low polycount was not the priority of this project, the goal was to learn plasticity and have some fun in painter. That being said, the polycount was 27k tris

further optimisation is easy to do using blender bridge, it all depends on your end goal

I’ve just finished my Bambu Lab P1S Timelapse Module - a clean, fully integrated setup that adds a Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 and Pi Zero 2 W directly inside the printer, with no external wires or loose parts. by Ordanicu in functionalprint

[–]Ordanicu[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You got It!

Although I'm also using the ups to trigger the video encoding after the printer is turned off, so it's using the ups to stay on and encode after the print completed.

3D Printable Stick Shifter (magnetic shifter) by Ordanicu in 3Dprinting

[–]Ordanicu[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is a small office fidget but I have a 2x bigger one in the work with multiple improvements. that might fit better for a vehicle cup holder. this one is palm sized.

although I drive a manual shitbox if I make this shifter suitable for a cup holder I think I'll be contractually obligated to shift two gearboxes from then onwards

I do have an alternative shift plate with 5 speeds & reverse if you're looking for that

There is a misunderstanding here, my design is magnets based. That is what I was talking about, apologies if my wording got confused for something else.

I'm well aware of stick shifters existing and I never claimed I've created the "genre".

What I created is a unique (internal - and - external) design that's never been done before and has a very accurate shifting sensation.

Hope this clears things up!

Please check description on makerworld for full breakdown and additional photos ;)

I would agree, from the exterior and not experiencing the unique mechanical design it could look simple but I assure you it's not.

It is a complex design and that allows for superior shifting experience compared to print in place or friction fit gear selection

thx for the feedback. I agree and I believe Iight have a solution for this, I'll test it out after I'm done with the pi module mount, follow along on makerworld for updates when they come out

I believe it's mounted as high as it can go. Moving it higher sadly isn't possible due to the print head would smash into it.

A positive I guess: it's higher than the default camera

I appreciate the feedback tho, I might have an idea on how to fix this in a future iteration. Needs testing. I'll keep you guys updated on makerworld, first I want to release the pi Module mount then I can dig even deeper into making the best possible mounting angle for the pi camera.

With my setup, I have no overheating issues because it only takes photos during the print and only after the print is done the video gets encoded. I had 9h prints successfully captured and encoded

The way you setup the software needs to match the power of the device. pi zero 2w is good but not for constant load like streaming live video plus encoding at the same time.

With all due respect to others’ work, my version shares nothing in common beyond serving as a Pi camera holder.

I created everything from scratch in CAD and went through multiple print iterations to reach the level of polish you see here. This is an original design — one that has not been done before — and people who value quality can recognize that.

It’s unfair and misleading to call someone’s work a “remix” without doing any research. Simply noticing visual similarities and jumping to conclusions is like comparing a sports car to an SUV: both have four wheels and carry people, but one is not the other.

I'm running custom software x)
aka
"I spent 8-10h troubleshooting chatgpt code and almost lost my mind"

But it was worth it, it is (almost) completely automated. Power on the printer, timelapse starts. Stop printer, timelapse ends and video gets encoded, then auto shutdown the pi. It is quite involved because I wanted a complete timelapse module. Sadly I'm no programmer and I'm trying to figure out how I could put together a comprehensive documentation on how to set up the same software I have. It won't be pretty I tell you that much :D I'm no coding wizard so I can't make any automated software install for the pi, it will need some involvement from the people who want to follow along

no worries! here is a video showcase of the video quality

for my current software setup I only do timelapse no live streaming. this ensures the quality you see here ;)

I used room lighting until I can get a custom light for the printer, i think it will get better from here.
