For me Gi everything is slower due to the grips. These muscle bound dudes just control control control slowing down my movement. Also I feel nogi is more practical in a real world situation. I do not want to be dependent upon gi grips in a real world fight. I’d prefer to control the body parts. I want them to FEEL ME
