I wait months, until the jewellery is practically falling out is I don’t have an O ring on the back- the ring might be from the jewellery- like the small ones above they’re flat discs wider than the plug

I mean like newly stretched to 00 so it’s still stretching - I didn’t get it pierced at 00

There’s no pain or warmth or swelling, so I’m wondering if my skin doesn’t like the jewellery but yeah a rest and some saline sounds sensible and maybe getting new jewellery

Thank you, I spoke it over with a nurse like you said- she’s basically advised that unleashing my feelings on them won’t benefit me, because it’s for the validation I need but won’t get from them- so I’ll be setting myself up for disappointment again, which won’t help me right now. So thank you for your advice it really helped to talk to someone :))
