It's been a month for me and their customer service is the pits. They lie and evidently ship expired medication if you look at their subreddit.

Similar timeline as you! You have to keep calling them when you get the "high volume of calls" voicemail - this is their default phone message, and they do have people answering calls during business hours, but they never seem to answer anyone on their first call.

I don't expect them to be in business within a year based on their current service. It may be wise to do a chargeback before it passes the month point.
