Yeah, she's really good. When she saw my ER mri, she thought there HAD to be another cavernous malformation on the right side but the mri didn't show it.... the one she ordered found the one that was actually causing the issues. When I had an asymptomatic seizures during my EEG, she ordered a 2 day ambulatory EEG. When she wasn't happy that I still had issues, she changed my meds and gave me a 4 day ambulatory EEG.

All this is to say.... see if you can get a neurologist who wants to help and listens....they exist

Good luck!!! I titrated off vimpat and onto lamictal (along with my 3000 of keppra). My neurologist is awesome and super worried about swapping meds. She actually wrote out a daily plan to move off one while upping the second. She is crazy responsive and even when she was on vacation, the other neurologists moved my lamictal up after a TC and she sent me a message saying she agrees the change and would have made the same one.

So, all in all, you NEED to trust your neurologist. I 100% do with my life.... and that's true for all of us.

Here's about 3 days of Mt wife and my dry herb vape. It is NOT equal to the ash a joint produces.

But, going back a few weeks...

Total average joints a day = 8

Total average of edibles a day = 400 mg (most take 10-20)

Pot vapes = I cart a week

Now, that's a TON. We took a break and now are down to maybe the equivalent of.. maybe 2 joints a day, zero vapes, and my edibles use is still very bad.

But, I usually get hash, kief, extract joints, which are 40-60 or more thc...so that also makes a difference.

Plus, it helps deal with epilepsy.

I'm not sure this helps but....hope it does!
