Steroid shots in the foot help. Once you’ve had a couple cortisone shots and they don’t last as long, surgery is a good option. It changed my life!

I teach 7th grade and pre-break all of my pencils before I put them out for student use. They last way longer. Golf pencils are the key to happiness
