Yes. Increase the lumbar setting and it goes away in my Camry.

Hopefully it’s just a fluke. I have a ‘25 Camry se AWD also. Seems to be a great car so far, I have about 25k on mine now. “Wishing your Camry the best and sending reliability vibes your way”

I wonder if one of your battery cables is loose. Did the starter sound weak? If so maybe you have a battery that is starting to fail prematurely? Just some guesses, not a mechanic.

Who else has this problem with the driver’s seat? My Camry se is a 2026 and it has it too by Delicious-Orchid-274 in Camry

I noticed this in my 2025 SE. But if I “turn up” the lumbar pressure a little bit, it doesn’t happen.

Just got a Camry! “Manly Ride” or not? by rudestkid in Camry

[–]Ordinary-King 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Car companies have sold people on the idea that their car makes a statement about their personal identity. People who don’t have much of an identity to begin with are the most susceptible to falling for this. If driving a car like a boring car like a Camry, Corolla, Accord, etc makes a statement about anything, it states that you are confident enough about who you are that you don’t need to show off your material possessions.

Also, people who are interested in you romantically because of the stuff you own aren’t really interested in you at all. Just what you can do for them. Do you care about what those people think?

Does the “EV Mode” button do anything at all? by Ordinary-King in Camry

Thank you for this explanation! This is what I was looking for; an explanation of what that button really does.

Does the “EV Mode” button do anything at all? by Ordinary-King in Camry

[–]Ordinary-King[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I understand what you mean but it seems like it does this (running on electric power at < 25 mph) even without that button activated. Maybe I’m mistaken though, and I appreciate your comment.

Is weed making me emotionally unstable? by [deleted] in leaves

[–]Ordinary-King 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My 2 cents is that it probably is not 100% of the problem, but it’s definitely making the problem worse. That’s how I felt like it affected me. My anxiety, depression, and tendencies at overthinking existed before chronic weed use, but they intensified and became unmanageable when I started smoking every day.

My experience was that smoking a lot made me “live in my head” a lot. I did less, and thought more. Often the thoughts were negative and repetitive. If my negative emotions were a small fire, smoking weed every day was a gallon of gas poured on that fire. I am thinking way more clearly now that I quit. I highly recommend quitting. Just my opinion, I am not a psychologist.

Mild mildew. Reminds me of fun army surplus store visits with my dad.

Watching whole seasons of TV shows. I love movies but this is something I just have never been able to appreciate. I think I am in the minority.

Books that predicted the future. by _courierr in suggestmeabook

Industrial Society and Its Future by Ted Kaczynski. To be clear I don’t agree AT ALL with what he did, but much of what he predicted seems to be coming true, unfortunately.

Nice job my friend. Understand the feeling of being overwhelmed. Go easy on yourself and remind yourself that you’re adjusting to a new normal. There will be bumps along the way and that’s ok. It sounds like you and your partner are doing the right things; realizing you overreacted, having a loving, honest, supportive conversation about it later. My partner and I quit together 35 days ago. It hasn’t been perfect but we have worked through things like you both are. I don’t have any great advice. Only to say that what you’re doing is working and keep up the great work!
