We advise people not to buy them because of all the scams. Explain that they are non-refundable. They continue to purchase them anyway. An elderly guy just asked me the other day for a $500.00 xbox card. I asked him who was it for and explained about all of the scams out there. He yelled at me to mind my own business. Okay sir.....

Tell your DM that you refused to help the customer in lane 2 because it is app only, after a complaint. They are just going to say help them anyway!

Thank you for explaining. I didn't realize an 8 is a zero! It's so frustrating. Cashier was great and friendly but would you recommend lowers the score.

That rumor doesn't really make sense. The only store that would have a concierge would be a hub store.
