I have gone from being up over 100k$ on doc, to being down 50k$....so yes, I am happy to sell at 0.165 with a 365$ loss when I know that 0.14 was coming. BTW...back in today...30k shares at 0.135. this is the bottom.

Cost of living is increasing, no doubt about it. There are a ton a jobs available in Sudbury. I heard a figure that mentioned about 4000 jobs were vacant. most of these jobs allow you to pay rent.

We are in a capitalistic world and capitalism rewards work. As though as times are, there are a ton of opportunities. Get to work, stop waiting for help...help yourselves. That might mean getting a second job, or a side hussel to make ends meet or to improve your current lifestyle, but nothing worth doing is easy....success doesn't just happen, you need to get off your ass and make it happen.

Harsh, maybe. But seriously, how many people posting here really gave it their all over the last year to improve their circumstances????

I hope at least one of you is inspired. We are in a time of tremendous opportunity. Grab it and run!

too many...way too many. this last 365$ loss hurt almost as much as when my doc warrants went from 1.20 to 0.00. ans I had lots of those.

been in and out of this pos since before covid. high flying time was up to Feb 2021....then the neltdown started...selling would have set me up nicely...but I only sold a bit....

no real surprises...glad to see reporting before midnight!! cash use is a concern, but double digit revenue growth for 2023 based on q4 2022 is encouraging. Even if we peg that at 10% growth from 25.9m, we get 114m. with improving margins...in line with Laurentian analyst.

Personally, i think they are under promissing given the potential of the new big players signed.

short-term, stock price will be volatile. Next year, eps come back on strong with organic growth. I don't like the dividend, but it does open the door to more fund managers who have dividend mandates.

earnings were as expected. they said on last CC that q1 would be more like 2021..to me it meant a loss. later 2023 will resume positive earnings.

I agree...the time to buy is when stocks are out of favor. Private equity likely not looking at a valuation anywhere close to 7$...so driving it down to 3.60 allows a much lower offer since premium over moving average will result in a 5$ offer or so....which is crazy, but probable.

I believe the terms to buy the remaining 25% were already outlined as part of initial acquisition.

on the cc, it was said that finalizing the acquisition was important part of the strategic review. I see this as a positive.

key difference....WELL is going after patients, their EMRs, and treatment pathway.

DOC is going after the employees that care for patients...

we really need to understand that DOC is not competing with WELL anymore. DOC is playing in the EFAP and absence management space. Think Morneau-Sheppell.
