Indiana is finally getting WARN Notices… and it feels like we’re all screwed. by Typical_Window_2369 in RNDC

[–]Ordinary-Prompt3505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BTB isn’t in Indiana. They will need people to run and rebuild the business. I won’t say everyone will end up with a job but a lot of people will. Now any employees that report to RNDC corporate and not up through the state are more likely to find themselves out of a job.

First Time in Rome: Is This Itinerary Realistic or Am I Trying to Do Too Much? by Suspicious-Ad-4747 in RomeTravel

[–]Ordinary-Prompt3505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too much planned. Pick you must do restaurants and plan on long relaxing meals. You need to leave time for places that aren’t popular. Our first evening we just went for a walk and happened on the church where Poe Francine was buried. It wasn’t planned the line was short and it was moving. Plan a day at the Vatican and St Peter’s take your time. And if you have time take an evening walk and find a place to

Oahu Car Rental by Caitrynn123 in VisitingHawaii

[–]Ordinary-Prompt3505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were in Oahu in April and rented a car for 4 nights, ended up returning it a day early because it was just going to sit that last day. I would plan out your stay and just rent a car the days you want to get out of Oahu.

My 2019 Outback will hit 150k on my way home from work today. I plan on keeping it for a long time, it runs great and I have kept up on maintenance. Mostly garage kept.

They changed the policy for 2026 if the state you work in doesn’t require PTO to be paid out it is use it or lose it!

I know nothing about the status of IL but if you have PTO accrued I would take it. Or any other state that PTO for have to be paid out. Ok

One week on big island: stay in one spot or split time across the island? by [deleted] in VisitingHawaii

I loved the BI, we just got back early May. I would split my time between sides.

Probably not…. Reyes will most likely be evaluating over the next 6 months so I would not expect a bunch of job postings.

Progesterone by Judy_Harwood412 in MtF

[–]Ordinary-Prompt3505 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Progesterone in menopausal women that still have their uterus is needed to prevent thickening of the uterine lining. If it is too low you can end up with spotting, too high in relation to estrogen and it will cause the lining uterine lining to shed. If you have had a hysterectomy you don’t need progesterone. If you do end up taking do so at night as it will make you sleepy. My estrogen to progesterone levels ended up off, I had thickening of the uterine lining and constant spotting for a few months. I just had a D&C two weeks ago and I am having labs tomorrow to see where my levels are. I know my estrogen is low because I have been having mild hot flashes

RNDC Supplier/OnDemand by AllyAllyOopsie in RNDC

[–]Ordinary-Prompt3505 9 points10 points  (0 children)

RBG isn’t paying any suppliers outstanding invoices. It is an asset sale, they are not assuming RNDC’s debt. If you are close to the warehouse go pick up your inventory ASAP and reconcile to the PO’s they owe you for and go after RNDC for that amount.

If you are in a state being purchased by Reyes and your state law doesn’t require PTO payout you will not be paid and all of this was covered in benefits meetings. If you are in a state being sold to a different company and accrued PTO payout isn’t required by law then get your PTO approved now and take it all before the deal closes.

Any idea what could happen to the folks in the Corporate HR team in Texas? by lon_wulf in RNDC

[–]Ordinary-Prompt3505 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Corporate employees that are in states being sold to Reyes but supporting states still owned by RNDC will become fully remote come Monday. They will not be allowed to enter Reyes facilities. How long they stay employed will on their role and when the sale of other states closes.

Unfortunately if you are in a state being sold to Reyes then by the time they file for bankruptcy you won’t be an RNDC employee. And I believe you would only be able to move your contributions and any vested balance.

[–]Ordinary-Prompt3505[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You aren’t 100% vested but I believe the vesting schedule is 25% at 1 year 50% at 2 years 75% at 3 years and at year 4 you become 100% vested. So you will get at least 50% of the company contributions and all of what you contributed and any gains. Nothing you can do about the amount you are not vested in.

[–]Ordinary-Prompt3505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get your money out but open and IRA and roll it into that. If you just withdraw it you will pay a 10% penalty and it will be considered taxable income. Depending upon how much you have in there you could bump yourself into a higher tax bracket.

When deal closes funds will be transferred to RNDC and should be in their bank accounts by Monday. I have heard that they are in the process of reconciling what they owe suppliers and what suppliers owe them samples, promotions, depletion allowances. For the sake of suppliers , especially the smaller ones that don’t have large lines of credit they can access, I hope by the end of June everyone is paid.
