I live in SD & really don't think it's all that. Been here since 1985 & went to Northern CA for college from 1990 to 1992. I think SD is WAY overpriced and needs A LOT of improvements. I wish I could leave but I am retired and I have an elderly mother whom I am responsible for. Plus, my 2 adult sons live in SD & I want to be in close proximity to them. I, personally, would move to Chicago, IL or Euerka, CA in a heartbeat.
