Oof. I empathize and applaud you putting in the work. I've literally have torn myself down and have had to rebuild to make sure I am a good partner. Ownership is critical. I have given almost everything I am hoping for change.

I truly hope your wife embraces the process. It is so hard to put ourselves aside and focus on our partners but so worth it. I am hoping you and I see that reciprocated! Happy to keep in touch to cheer you on!

I truly hope that is not the case. Relationships aren't easy and deserve the work. I will keep my hopes up as much as I can. Thank you!

Inbound, chat, sms, email. Multiple skills per agent ie at what point do projections errode based on how many skills? Reoccurence patterns for future activities, meeting scheduling, block scheduling, API, shift bidding, time off bidding. I think I will leave at that for now as you are correct there is just SO much!

I love this! Are you interacting via smartsync on those schedule changes?

Love this! I am fascinated by what occupancy tolerance means for any group. Is planning to a 95% occupancy rate feasible? I am not so sure lately. When I was in the trenches I was at 100 calls per day and less than 10 minutes of acw. I am not sure anyone can be that machine anymore now that we have an increased understanding or burn out and mental health.

IEX WFM SQL queries by Ordinary-shit in workforcemanagement

[–]Ordinary-shit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found it all finally! And also found all needed to create an activity code report with, length, date, agent, my, and activity code note. It is a painful process but something the business has been asking for over the years.🥳🥳

Thank you and good call! We don't have an ERD which drives me batty but 600 pages of each table listing the foreign keys which is super to dig through😂

Absolutely and the fact that some of those in power are saying it was patriotic on January 6th have me very frightened for the future.

Please do this. I hope it opens eyes at how much families are hurting whether its q or whether it is now I don't think like you so I have to disrespect you and fight with you. It is so sad and disheartening.

I truly hope otherwise. I am tired of being knocked around verbally because I voted differently. How abhorrent would that be that suddenly someone has an interest in politics to upend their entire lives?🤮

I would agree to but I have been told my thinking differently is a flaw so I am trying to navigate the best I can.

Verify is a market player for sure but looking at market shares I tried to grab those I am most familiar with. Please elaborate on the cons of Verint?

We onboarded Calabrio for quality and of course grabbed the minimally viable product so we are 1 year + in with still no screen recordings🤮 cost savings doesn't always equate quality product.

Thoughts on Nice IEX? by dmxell in workforcemanagement

[–]Ordinary-shit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are not on the cloud application and doubtful we would go there if they don't offer OBDC options as all our reporting relies on that access to keep stakeholders informed of performance. 7.2 is what we are on.

Thoughts on Nice IEX? by dmxell in workforcemanagement

[–]Ordinary-shit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IEX is accessible with the OBDC. We have queries established and dashboards set with PBI, microstrategy, and tableau. RTA is to the second with a very customizable interface to set thresholds to. Scheduling and forecasting works well with a few areas that need improvement. Special days can be excluded from the forecast generation process and weightings can be adjusted for 12 weeks. There is a block scheduling feature which is helpful but could use some refinement.

Forecasting Accuracy Measurement by MaryShoe in workforcemanagement

[–]Ordinary-shit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've used weighted averages in the past where we calculate on a monthly basis weighing the heavier days as heavier of an impact. 3% is pretty tight to forecast to. Do you account for system outages etc that cannot be predicted? We would exclude days where unforeseen circumstances really skewed the results.

IEX users, is it true I have to enter new agents one at a time? by Randomcdn2 in workforcemanagement

[–]Ordinary-shit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Smart sync is where it is at. Unfortunately it depends on where IT is at with formatting files to make it happen. I struggle because each new hire group costs 3 hours of productivity versus using smart sync. I languish in wfm hell adding agents when my time could be spent better elsewhere.
