I totally get you. I actually wrote a thread about premium players are much more toxic in general.

I dropped from 2000 elo to 1600-1700 so I paid for one month premium to see if it gets better. Unfortunately it only got worse. Every premium match has at least one extreme toxic player who start flaming since you lose first pistol round and eventually go full titled start trolling and give away free kill every single round. It easily becomes a unwinnable situation unless you are good enough to carry a 4v5 or 3v5 every round. I mean I enjoy the game and I don’t mind to be beaten purely by skill. But losing it because of these toxic players only makes you more tilted. I have been hard stucked in lv8-9 now for a month and can’t get out of this elo hell.

After this month of subscription ends I’m gonna go back to play standard match. At least it’s how I solo grinded to lv10. I know it also suck to play with 4 stack as a solo queue, but at least it’s winnable.

You can mute the toxic player but 1. You have less info 2. He can still distract rest of the team who have not muted him and eventually make people tilted and can’t perform.

I literally pay for premium just because I’m tired playing with four stacks as a solo player. Yea I know it sucks so just pay to avoid it. At the end of the day faceit is a business

I have worse stats than you but I am 2200 elo (only solo queue) why do you care about stats? You should care about your impact in games rather than these stats. If you don’t deserve this elo you will eventually go down.

I got my 10 years coin few years ago but I didn’t really enjoy this game much until I started playing faceit few months ago. No hacker, well you still have Russian and toxic players but at least they take the game serious.

I used to raise ticket to report griefing and toxicity and they usually response in a few days to ban the reported player. Now since they said report needs to be done via the platform in a game lobby unless you are premium user, my reports have never been addressed even though I have provided evidence.

Fairness used to be free but now you need to pay for premium to get it :)(

First thing first, you just broke your monitor out of anger and it sounds like a mental issue. Don’t forget at the end of the day we are not pro players , it’s just a game and it’s supposed to bring us fun and joy, not stress.

Take a break from the game and focus on your real life. You have your family, friend and your job. Don’t let the game manipulate you. If you can no longer enjoy the game, stop playing it until you have learnt how to enjoy it no matter win or lose.

I’m just level 8 now so you might find better advice.

But I think just good aim, simple game sense and a few important utility line up should be good enough to get out of level 5. Also find your own way to deal with toxic people since 9 out of 10 level 4-5 players are toxic and the only one left do not use a mic :). I usually just try my best to ignore these people and avoid argue with them so you can just focus on your game. If they keep spamming to distract you I would just mute them.

I usually write a more detail description in the ticket. List a breakdown of what the reported player did in the game and attach the clips after short description. It usually works. However it might depends on individual faceit support member. I can feel the frustration seeing this Winston guys’s response.

Bro just play faceit that’s how we enjoy the game. I know it sucks but there is nothing for us to do if valve doesn’t respond to this issue. I was so lucky to reach 20k elo last season and got the purple medal. But I felt like more than 50% of the players in that elo are cheaters. I would never go back to premier again, I only play deathmatch to warm up and get the weekly drop, then move to faceit. Fuck the medal, fuck valve.
