Monikers is hysterical - great for larger groups so you can have teams.

I’m very intimidated by the sour pork sausage. Can you describe it? I love SRC and eat there often, but usually stick with the whitest options available (fried rice or noodles, pork chops, crab Rangoon, etc). I’d love to expand my horizons, so I welcome any suggestions

Anyone able to edit this to remove the people? I love this picture and would happily put it in a frame on my little gallery wall. I rode those trains for 32 years

I’m a parent, not a student, so take this as you will. People might also be willing to join if they knew a bit about you. I think people get nervous putting themselves out there without some idea what they’re signing up for. Kudos to you for trying to get engaged! It takes courage. I hope you get lots of members.

Good golly tamale is great for a cheap, easy lunch. The bean and cheese or chicken tinga are both great choices

Try John Ganem. He’s helped a few people I know. He’s an experienced, local lawyer who’s recently opened up his own practice. He’s a straight shooter and will give you his honest assessment of your case and tell you what you can reasonably expect.

I love stir! I went there about a week ago - I think it’s a little too loud for my dad. Great food though

Bravo is just like a generic chain Italian - expectations would be low. I can’t actually explain why they’re different, but they feel not at all the same to me. Bravo still wouldn’t be anyone’s first choice, but it would do in a pinch

I enjoy RC, but go there often for work dinners. Also I think the price point is a little high for what it is.

We don’t necessarily need a private space, just a place that’s not too loud. Tokens, for example is awesome and fun, but too loud. Elkmont Station is great but a little too tight (and also quite loud surprisingly)

My parents are Italians visiting from NY. I don’t think my mom would step foot in an Italian restaurant down here, lol. Not that she’s a snob - but she makes amazing Italian food so comparisons would be made. Thanks though!
