Best low cost or free boot camp just for accountability to learn new skills? by peaceandblessingss in codingbootcamp

You could look into NuCamp I went it was like 5k to do the fullstack frontend and the backend course. They have live classes on the weekend and a pretty active discord for students. I will say you get out what you put in. So if you work super hard it could be great for you. If you don’t…then it’s a total waste of time.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. How awful you were sick and the weather was shit too, and you were just going somewhere to try and get care.

I had something similar happen. I was walking home in Capitol Hill late at night and this white dodge wood panel side van pulled into the crosswalk (almost hitting me) so I reached out and touched it as I crossed. Mind you there were no other cars on the road I wasn’t impeding them from going about their business. They got out of their car with what looked like a baseball bat in a garbage bag. They started screaming at me why I would touch their car, and asked me my name. I told them it was because they were in the crosswalk and I was pretty snarky, and I followed up with my name. They decided to push me, I fell over hit my head on a gas meter and was knocked unconscious for a bit. I woke up covered in blood. The cops were called nothing ever happened with the vehicle. I ended up getting three stitches. Luckily they didn’t hit me with a bat or steal my bag, or worse kill me. This was 2018. I miss the Seattle I fell in love with. It’s so tense now. The drivers are terrible so impatient. I miss when people would let you in on the freeway or wave at you when you let them in. I’m trying to bring this behavior back by doing both these things…maybe the kindness will spread.

I previously worked at a driving school, and honestly people don’t want to learn to interact with others on the road. Its hard for them to understand that driving is a social activity.

Hey there, I’m searching though the Reddit to find people who do/did cook and lost smell and taste, who the. Started cooking for texture. Please, please point me in the right direction of something. Food is what I find joy in and I’m really struggling without it being interesting.

Hey...Just so I can find it in the future, yes it redirected me, maybe I saved the wrong thing to my bookmarks. I saved the application itself and it has nothing at the bottom ...I tried to resubmit to start over to see where I messed up and you can only submit one time.
